1) First of all make sure that Java Runtime Environment Version 6 or newer is installed on your computer.
That is, when you type java -version at the command line it
prints: java version "1.6.0_xx"
You can download JRE from http://www.java.com,
http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp or
http://java.sun.com
2) Read the License agreement.
3) Download a FluentBook from the FluentBooks Repository.
4) Download a FluentDictionary from the FluentDictionaries Repository. Note that you have to put the FluentDictionary into the same folder as the FluentBook. Otherwise Fluentizer will not be able to find it.
5) Download the Fluentizer program. To do that, right-click the fluentizer.jar and choose to save it to hard disk.
Note: Internet Explorer sometimes renames fluentizer.jar into fluentizer.zip, so you have to rename it back to fluentizer.jar after the download.
6) Run the Fluentizer program by double-clicking the fluentizer.jar file or by entering java -jar fluentizer.jar on the command line from the folder where the file fluentizer.jar is located.
Now you should see an empty Fluentizer window. Use "File/Open FluentBook" menu to open the FluentBook you have just downloaded.
FluentBooks are the files with extension "*.fbk", for example, "eng-dying_detective.fbk"
Now Fluentizer window should look something like this:
